Been away during extensive repairs to my home. First night home didn't feel like cooking so ordered Farwood curbside service. It exceeded my expectations! Curbside service was prompt and friendly. The meal was exceptional, best steak I'd had for quite a while. Thank you Farwood, keep up the good work, and thank you for your continued service during these uncertain times,

Excellent service and flavors! Farwood is worth the drive from Chico. Our only complaint this time was too many won tons and sriracha and not enough poke and avocados on the poke nachos.

Great place for delicious food and nice atmosphere. They've expanded the restaurant, to make room for everyone. Highly recommend.

This place is clearly one of the finest place to eat in the area. Always when I go there I am so pleased. They always keep their very high level service and the highest level of food they give. You always win with this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Continuing on my path down to California, I found Farwood to be the perfect lunch stop! We came here on Sunday afternoon with no reservation with 3 people and were seated immediately. The town is quite empty but Farwood is bustling! Food: We started out with the Avocado Fries which are honestly kind of weird and really crunchy texture. It works well though and tastes good with the aioli sauce! I got the Tri Tip Dip sandwich which was really great with the sauce provided and the bread really complemented the steak. In addition, I got to taste the tomato bisque which was quite watery but still sweet and savory. Service: Honestly one of the best parts! Our waiter was a young fella who was extremely upbeat and accommodating to us. 5 stars! Ambiance: This place is more upscale but at the same time quite casual and good for a comfortable date. Overall glad I stopped by and happy that it wasn’t a sketchy place along the I5!

Ate there twice some 3yrs ago. Steak was one of the best I had anywhere! Such a quaint little world; glad I stumbled across it!☺️👍

Waitress Sandra was extremely efficient, prompted and courteous. She is fast and competent. Sandra has excellent multitasking abilities. You are lucky to have such a great asset at your establishment. The food was great. Love the atmosphere. The bar is beautiful.

Our meal was delicious. Quality food perfectly prepared. The steak was so tender and no waste. My favorite is their chicken fettuccini alfredo. They are very generous with the sauce! Great service and their new expansion is a wonderful atmosphere.

The nicest restaurant in Glenn County- we had a wonderful meal. Order the Brussels sprouts, they are excellent. The hamburger was so-so but the ribeye was a good pick.

We come here every time we visit Thunderhill Racetrack in Willows. Amazing food and great service. This year they have a "bottoms up" beer tap system that was fun to watch pour perfect pints automatically. Easy parking. Easy drove down the freeway from Willows.

Our visit was a total delight. We drove down from Redding and it was SO worth the drive. I had the Pork Belly and my spouse had the ribeye. Both were AMAZING. I also loved the warm bread and garlic butter.

Farwood is a great place to have a drink or a full meal. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is consistently fresh and delicious. Just a really nice place to have a great meal. Treat yourself!

Farwood never disappoints. Always great food and they are doing everything in their power to keep operating and serving us great food during the Covid-19 shutdown. So thankful for this gem of a restaurant!

This restaurant has the finest chefs and I am hungry for more. Great ambience, really good food, excellent staff friendly and down-to-earth. Be sure to make a reservation you will be disappointed with this well balanced menu yummy!! And worth the drive from Magalia.

We usually eat in but with the virus we decided to try the pick up and the food was delicious. We live in Chico and love to drive to Orland to dine at Farwood for a date night. Thank you for yr service.

It's hit n miss with this place, quality of the food is good and service is generally good. I would recommend if your in the area. Try the brussel sprouts or the ahi poke nachos. The rib eye was fair. Wine selection is fair. They recently expanded so getting a seat even on a busy evening should be possible. Beautiful bar!!

Just eating the bar and facility. Really great looking place and ambiance. Service was wonderful. They have bottoms up beer filling!!! Check them out!

BEST STEAK EVER!!!!!! Went there on our wedding anniversary and I mentioned it in passing when I made the reservations.....when we got there and they seated us at our table they had a little sign on the table saying "Happy Anniversary from Farwood". It's touches like that that really make you feel special and almost part of the family when you go there to eat.

Once again, Farwood lunch was wonderful. Our servers were so pleasant and accommodating and the fodd was terrific. The only thing I regret is I forgot to submit my rewards card and use my birthday reward. I was enjoying the company so much I forgot!

Great service awesome food. The tri tip beef dip was really tough they should slice it thinner. The artichoke dip was amazing.

Amazing food and service. No matter what we order, Steak, Salad or burgers always good local products that are prepared with care.

Do not miss out on this dining experience. Friendly , helpful server. A back bar with history and a menu that will keep you coming back for more.

I love that Farwood is here serving us during the COVID19 situation. It is such a treat for us to be able to get a quality meal by curbside takeout as a reward for proper social distancing!!!! ❤️

The new addition is absolutely beautiful! I love having drinks in your new “lounge”, and I’m looking forward to the weather being nice again to sit out on your patio. Aside from the amazing food, that’s my favorite part!!!

This Restaurant is the BEST in Glenn county as far as I'm concerned. I have NEVER eaten better onion rings....never! The food was good over all. My sisters shrimp was over salted somewhat, however the other 3 dishes where super! They have Adult Desserts...I'm from visiting from LA and I've NEVER seen a adult dessert there. Farwood is ahead of the game. Definitely a place to take your date for a good meal.

Great ingredients, good food, love the place, and great service by staff. It was a great lunch date. My wife and I both enjoyed our visit.

I love the atmosphere and of course the history of the fantastic wood bar. The food is EXCELLENT. The pricing is better than reasonable. My favorite place to enjoy food and spirits.

Food was so tasty. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Noise level was a little high. We just went tonight. They have a lovely new dining room. Very spacious and not so loud.

Love the add on room, beautifully done, so much quieter! The food is excellent, just would like to see a change up on the menu! If you haven’t been to Farwood Bar & Grill we highly recommend you try their delicious meals!

I like the newly added big beautiful room that I got to Dine in.The Goat Cheese and Fig Burger was to Kill for! I will have to go back for another before it's off the menu! I pride this town just that much more because of this hidden Gem in such a small town!

Top notch service on Christmas Eve! Rich flavorful tender pork pot roast. It's not what you normally think of when you hear "pot roast." Picture a huge pork slab over vegetables and apples with explosive flavor pairings!

Okay so Farwood was mostly pretty average. The food was unremarkable but eatable. I had to use a steak knife for the baked chicken dish. Don't remember what they called it. It's a small town so probably not much competition on a Friday night out for dinner. I did not try any wine or other adult beverages. I will say we were looking at another restaurant but the on line images looked like what us Texans call "little food", you know, the pretentious food better for art than eating, the "$200 dollars later and still have to order pizza" later type of place. So for portions and good service Farwood. We were just passing through on our way to Vegas so that's a quick snapshot. I'm sure that a excellent local fare.

Mothers Day brunch to go was INCREDIBLE! I GOT one of everything strata, french toast, sausage, potatoes & berries and it was scrumptious! In fact I called in a $15 tip after I got home cause my son picked up order and said they just gave him order since I paid over phone. Hoping that you do a brunch again in the near future.

I absolutely LOVE the new expanded dining area. There is so much more room between tables, and the acoustics are so much better. I can hear the table conversation of my dining companions!Everything is new, fresh and lovely. Great bathrooms! The food and service is STILL 5 Star quality!

Absolutely a great place for an excellent meal by a welcoming staff. Food quality and quantity are exquisite, great bar selections as well. The rewards club just enhances the appeal to return and we will! Only down side us they are 20 miles from my home...maybe that's a good thing! Lol...

This place was recommended to us by my daughter, as a great place to eat close to I-5 as we travel. It's a restored old building with local history, worth the stop just for the Bar! Staff is super friendly, food is great! We got there about 11:30 am on a Saturday and had no trouble getting seated, but 20 minutes later, the place was full, so plan ahead. We will certainly stop here again!

We celebrated our anniversary there last night. Started with Brussels and bacon which was reduced a bit too much. Still delicious. Avocado fries were also a bit too crispy but good.Main dishes were all very tasty and unfortunately we did leave room for desert. The crime brûlée looked very inviting. We are from Alberta Canada and will certainly be back on our next visit to the area. Very busy establishment and staff were very good.

Bar staff was attentive to the kitchen prepping the food to order (or not) before serving it to me and made sure I was satisfied with my selections after they were served and sampled.I was disappointed only in seeing the Veggie Burger I had last summer made with the locally grown heirloom chickpeas from Small Town Specialties off the menu. Would love to have that recipe to experiment with a home style veggie burger.So pleased to see Farwood is able to expand in our current economic cyle for rural ag country. I'm looking forward to a spring and summer visit when work takes me back to Glenn County.

Love the pop up menus and the convenient drive through pick up. Farwood takes the stress out of meal planning after a long day at work. Staff is always friendly and the service and food is always excellent.

We love Farwood! Food is excellent! We celebrate many birthdays here, special night outs and simply when we want a delicious meal. We only have a couple of decent restaurants in Willows, so we drive to Orland just to eat here. Great service too!

Great food, outstanding service, and nice atmosphere. Because they are always busy, you should make a reservation, otherwise you may have a lengthy wait. A go to for that special occasion.

Lovely place! We received prompt service from the time we sat down (lunch time on a weekday). We were checked on, food came out in a good amount of time and drinks were refilled multiple times which was a nice change from what we've been experiencing at other restaurants. The food was outstanding! We had a Farwood Salad with grilled chicken (half size) and the Steak Frites. We'll be back!
